Dogs and cats often will not eat when they are sick. Not eating for prolonged periods or eating the wrong food can be dangerous. Administering food and water through a feeding tube can be life-saving but is a daunting proposition for many pet owners. He’ll also explain why pet owners need not be intimidated by the use of such tubes when their use is recommended.
