Manatees are intriguing, gentle creatures that are sadly endangered. UF’s Aquatic Animal Health program offers online classes relating to these fascinating marine mammals as well as clinical research and intervention in rescues. Dr. Iske Larkin, who leads the program, will discuss issues of current concern in manatee health and what scientists are doing to address those.
